How Can Spinal Stenosis Be Treated?

I have recently learned via an MRI that I have severe stenosis of on the right side of the C3 vertebrae. The diagnosis came via a referral by my personal MD and for the purpose of seeing a neurosurgeon for treatment. That being said, with my scheduled appointment with the neurosurgeon not until July 10, I am wondering if a recent facial condition can possibly be associated with the C3 stenosis: that condition began just in the last 2-3 days ....it feels like I have a tens unit attached to the top of my head that is turned on whenever I bend over, lower my head in most any way, or sometimes just sitting. If I put any pressure on myself, like pushing a bowel movement, it starts up big time. The sensation starts at the top of my head and covers an area 4-5 wide to the bottom of my neck and into my shoulder. It gets quite intense, but without any muscular interaction...just the electrical feeling. This being Saturday night/Sunday morning, I m fishing for an answer, is all.
