Hello Sir, I am suffering from spermatorrhoea that when I m going to stool and put pressure to downwards then some white sticky liquid like sperm is also come out with my urine and i feel due to this my health is going downwards day by day. please suggest me the effective medicine for that

Hi dear , first of all remove misconception that this is responsible for your down health.Don't take spicy foods, do exercise daily and have a banana daily with milk.This will improve your health.if problem persist consult a psychiatrist.
