I just had a kidney stone removed by minor suurgery. All my symptoms were the same before and after surgery which was five days ago. My penis is sore at the tip and underside. Urine flow feels very restricted and is very uncomfortable to urinated to the point of moaning. My anus is not sore but feels like there is a lot of pressure there also. Movements are pretty normal. The only thing that seems to help is aspirin or 800mg ibuprofen. Those relieve some of the pain and being so uncomfortable but I can’t take those the rest of my life or live feeling this way. I have a urologist that I very much trust but have not been back since the surgery.
