Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As you have mentioned you are suffering from social phobia since 26 years. Social phobia usually required two kinds of treatment. First would be psychotherapy or cognitive therapy, which will help you boost up your confidence, will reduce your anxiety, and will improve coping skills. For this you may consult a clinical psychologist. As you told you are on Klonopin and Buspar. I would like to tell you that, your health care provider has just prescribed Buspar and it is considered a good medicine for anxiety disorders. So take it for at least a month and see results. If it is not working you may again consult your provider and change over to other anti-anxiety pills.

All the best.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
