How Can Sleeping Difficulty In A Toddler Be Treated?

My 1.5 toddler sleeps very less, hardly 5/6 hrs in a day, even I make sure that her tummy is full, but still she sleeps in naps even in nights, than I have to feed her, it s very disturbing for me as well, doctor suggested me to give oraxin and now phenergan 5ml whenever required, but I m not sure to go for it or not, really confused, pls help.....

tome sleep is normal. should take breast milk if not sufficient then substitute can be given.avoid phenergan if the child is play full then nothing to worry. observe mile stone of growth. for any further problem consult paediatrician.
