How Can Sleep Apnea Be Treated?

I am a 57 year old woman with sleep apnea since 2005 and bipolar II with psychotic features. I've been sleeping only 5 hours or less a night for months. This is taking its toll. I wake early. My psychiatrist treated the insomnia with Seroquel. It made me really sick yesterday. I am starting not being able to work. I took Ambien last night and slept 11 to 2:30. I've taken trazadone too. They couldn't put me out for the colonoscopy. Do I need another sleep study for this? Do I call pulmonologist?
