How Can Skin Infection On The Toe Be Treated?

I stepped on something and cut the back of my second and third toe. they are sore and there is some drainage. can I soak them to draw out infection? and any suggestion what to do to keep them ( the cracks/cuts) from coming open as they heal when I walk etc.

Hi. I have gone through your query.Get a Tet-Vac Inj.After Cleaning the wound apply an Antibiotic cream Silver Sulphadiazine and cover the wound.You may need Antibiotics if there is infection.
