Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

We need to see your biopsy reports and other tests reports in detail to know which form of skin cancer it is. There are various types like- squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma etc. Also CT scan reports will suggest whether it has spread or not. The prognosis depends on the stage of the disease which is best suggested by TNM staging. Your treating doctor may give you a better idea of this. Also taking the right treatment at early stage whether chemotherapy or radiotherapy will help in treating your condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
