It is treated by antibiotics like erythro/doxycycline/augmentin for 5-7 days. Steam inhalation with mucinex capsule and cough expectorant 2tsp twice a day will give you some relief from chest and nasal congestion Antihistaminic like oral cetrizine once a day for 3-5 days. -Avoid smoking or exposure to second hand smoke,cold environment or environmental pollutants. If wheezing continues or if there is appearance of any breathing difficulty,visit your physician.Certain investigation like Xray and spirometry may be considered.
