Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your husband's problem can be most likely due to frozen shoulder.
It has a long course. It can last for 1 year or more. Local anaesthetic injections or corticosteroids will be helpful to get relief.Get a consultation with orthopedician specialized in shoulder pathology.
let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
