How Can Shoulder Pain Be Treated?
I have had a very stiff neck with a headache for about a week...My shoulders hurt. When I press on the area it is tender on the back of my spine bone above my shoulders..It is very painful My shoulders are very tight. I take Tylenol but nothing OTC seems to work...I have used ice and heat...My left ear feels like I have an earache.
