How Can Shortness Of Breath While Suffering From Multiple Myeloma Be Treated?

I have smoldering multiple myeloma I haven’t started treatments yet I have had shortness of breath for two years I can only do very little is this coming from the myeloma I had Mgus for four years just found out about the smoldering mm two months ago. But I’ve been really short winded for two years I can’t pay

Hello,

You may be suffering from monoclonal gammopathy of unknown significance. Possible causes of dyspnea are:
1. Patients prone to anemia so lead to breathlessness.
2. Kidney failure may lead to breathlessness.
3. Patients are more prone to repeated infections lead to pneumonia cause chest pain.
4. Bone fracture or tissue plasmacytoma in pleura or lungs may cause pain and dyspnea. Until examination, it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your oncologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
