Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

I passed carefully through your question and would explain that your symptoms could be related to trigeminal neuralgia, caused by herpes infection.
For this reason, I would recommend consulting with a neurologist and discussing about the possibility of starting Carbamazepine or Pregabaline for the pain. I remain at your disposal for any further questions whenever you need!

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
