How Can Shingles Be Treated?

hi i had or have shingles for about 3 months now. the first month i went thur the rash and pain for 2 weeks and then for 2 more weeks i went thur the bad itching but i have not stoped itching totally . and after a month i got one of the shingles infected with marsa. its been gone for about a month but can not stop itching so i have a few spots that have scabsand i keep itching them off. am i still contagious or not sometimes i get clear fluid that comes out but most of the time its just blood. the reason why i am asking is because i have a grandkid who is 6 yrs. old and she was born with hypoplastic letf heart syndrome. and they are coming to see me in a week. should they stay away untill they are all gone or is the contagious part over with.
