How Can Sharp Pain In The Ear Be Treated?

I accidentally got a q-tip shoved too far into my ear. It hurt really bad but no bleeding occurred. There was some liquid on the q-tip though. My ear hurts when I move certain ways. However what really hurts is when I burp. I get this sharp pain and feels like it s popping

There must be a damage to Eustachian tube as you are feeling pain while burping. You should visit and get yourself examined by ENT specialist.
