How Can Sexual Satisfaction Be Achieved?

i am a male aged 40 years and have a problem that i do not satisfy my wife sexually, she always complain that i go out with other women something that i can not do. I went to a burse/doctor who gave me this medicine - Ciphene, telling me that i might be having low production of sparms. after taking 10 tablets nothing happened i still have the problem. another told me this drug is used by females not for men advise me please .

Sexual satisfaction depends on person and how you had intercourse.

I had gone through your query and would like to suggest you that you may have to be calm while having sex and dont get too much excitement because that may leads to early ejaculation.

Instead of going for direct intercourse i would like to suggest you that go for foreplay and Oral sex first before you go for intercourse because it will help for pre cum and also you and your partner will have more pleasure than normal intercourse.

Also you should have to use different positions for intercourse because that will give even more satisfaction and even more pleasure to you and your wife too. And she must stop complaining of non-satisfaction in sex.
