Im having new neurological issues associated with Chiari 1 malformation and syringomyelia. One of them is embarrassing sexual dysfunction. Theres no smell, no discharge and it doesnt itch anywhere else. I took a shower and washed it well then applied some anti biotic ointment. It relieved it immediately, but returned as soon as i got up in the morning. Whats wrong?
