How Can Severe Sciatica Be Treated?

I have yesterday for the 1st time in my life the most terrible syatic nerve pain...the problem is in my right side from the waste down....I been taking 2 Ibuprofen tablets every 6 hours...the pain went away, but the numbness is in my right leg in the back of my thigh , my calb and my heel are numb... should a be still or move or what can you recommend me to do... thank you so much

Meanwhile avoid staying sit down and lay down and have a warm pad atHthe back.
