Hello, my name is Dr Olgeta Xhufka. I understand your concern. You have to take pain killers such as Ibubrofen or advil or acetaminofen. Meanwhile avoid staying sit down and lay down and have a warm pad atHthe back. Have a worm shower and short walks .hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help, thanks!
