How Can Severe Pain In The Neck And Shoulder Be Treated?

Went to emergency room this morning. Diagnosis pinched nerve in neck. Symptoms are severe stabbing pain in neck, shoulder, upper front chest and left arm. Jaw seems numb. They gave me Vicodin for pain and told to do moist heat and take 4 aleve a day. See my doctor on Monday. Weakness in left are is getting worse, can barely raise it. Is there something to do to help relieve lunch before Monday? Even then I m sure there will be more waiting for treatment.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the pain is matter of concern then it can be managed with any NSAID and the best drug is Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, but underlying cause of pain could be matter of concern, it is advisable to have some rest, hope this information helps.
