How can severe pain in the legs along with dizziness be treated?

I am 70 and had a hip replacement 10 years ago. I am having a great deal of pain now in the same leg. I cannot walk very well...my right foot turns under when I walk. Also pain in knees.. I have a lot of dizziness and fall down a lot. I went to a neurologist and was told that I was depressed ...(you would be depressed, too!)

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days, take Omeprazole twice a day for five days, take take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days, take you can take calcium tablet for 3 months. Do blood test for the next treatment. If not resolved, then consult your doctor do yoga and pranayam in the morning, do exercise in the morning do meditation in the morning.
