Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You may be having radicular pain due to nerve compression in lower spine. This may be due to trauma to back with disc herniation. X-ray is mostly normal and MRI of the lumbo sacral spine needs to be done. Please get it done from radiology center nearby you.

Meanwhile start tablet Pregalin x75 mg one at bedtime with tablet Ultracet twice a day for pain relief. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting and garage work. Visit to orthopedic surgeon for detailed clinical Examination is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
