How Can Severe Pain In The Heel Be Treated?
the inside bottom of my foot near the heel started to hurt earlier today, it then spread to the inside area below my ankle. It became red and hot to the touch. It has now spread to the cover the bottom of my whole heel. I have tried ice, if I elevate it the pain is unbearable.

did you have any trauma to your feet?
please get complete blood count, blood serum uric acid, blood sugar, RAF, CRP and X ray foot done.
till then you can take tablet ibugesic.
avoid alcohol.and non veg if part of meals.
avoid high protein diet.
let us know the reports and kindly discuss the same with your doctor.
