How Can Severe Pain In The Bones Be Treated?

Hello my name is Danai suffer from end stage 4 metastatic melanoma.the chemo made my bones w a lot of damage n I also have had about 25 surgeries over the years 2 spinal fusions n 6 rods and 4 screwed in my spine my oncologist said since I signed some sort of narcotics agreement that I had to go to a pain clinic..however I did have a problem a cocaine in the past .I was turned away for dibliating pain bc of a past mistake,and was told I was to big of a risk ..is this slowed and shouldn t my cancer take presidency over my past ..which btw I ve been clean and this is very real pain that I m just left to suffer w
