How Can Severe Pain In The Back Be Treated?

I am on coumadin therapy for DVTS and Pulomonary embolisms. Prior to this therapy I used 75mg twice a day to deal with pain associated with multiple back surgeries and metal implants. I am using 200 mg celebrex once a day and while it help I still have substantial pain throughout the day. danger in taking 200 mg twice a day? YYYY@YYYY

Offcourse you should avoid taking highdose of NSAIDs , especially when you r getting treatment for pulmonary embolism with coumarin.
Alternative options would be analgesics with tramadol combination,which is an atypical opioid.
