How Can Severe Pain After A Back Surgery Be Treated?

I am 2 weeks from a 6 hour back surgery where a lot of work was done including 3 fused vertebrae. The pain is still pretty bad. I have hydro cordons 5/325 every 6 hours. Is there anything that I could add that might bump the relief up? Is there any cost for this advice?

Anesthesiologist 's  Response
hi, I am a practicing anaesthesiologist and pain consultant. I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
As you have mentioned, already 2 weeks past the surgery. You are still in bed or ambulating? You are experiencing such pain due to extensive surgery and vertebral fusion, as it is not allowing vertebral movement.
You don't have to worry, the pain will subside in few days. I would like to suggest pain killers like paracetamol and tramadol to add so that to reduce the intensity of pain.
