How Can Severe Migraine Be Treated?

I suffer from severe migraine headaches, two years ago because the pain was so bad that on my follow-up visit to my neurologist I told him that I thought I suffered an aneurysm of course he scheduled a cat scan and lo and behold I did. My question is, because I sometimes the pain is just as bad is it possible that I may suffer another and not know it?

So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in migraine.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
3. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination once daily at night before sleep.
4. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
