Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your features are suggestive of migrainous headache. Severe headache aggregates during movement, with light an noise, associated with nausea and vomiting are main features of migrainous headache. Medications like analgesic and beta blockers will help you to relieve your headache. I will advice you to visit your doctor for prescriptive medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I have not had any relief. The pain is 24 hours a day everyday. I don t know what to do. Can you help?

Today I was doing something very irresponsible and my friend fell onto me and i hit my head and neck on the tile. I felt like i couldn t move and lied on the ground for about ten minutes scared to move. When i did get up I had a huge headache and it hurt to turn my head. About 15 minutes later my friend was telling me how my face was twitching. It about 6 hours after the incident and my neck is still hurting. Do you think i have a serious injury?

So I had a CT scan about a month ago and they said I didn t have meningitis and that I my head looked perfect. Now I have a really bad headache and hurting neck, not stiff, I can still move it but it does make my head hurt worse. My question is, can meningitis appear that quickly? From having a perfect CT to meningitis in less than a month?
