How Can Severe Headache And Muscle Spasms In The Throat Be Treated?

My back is hurting and I m having sharp pains in my head and also a headache plus I have a lack of lack of wanting to eat and I m having really bad muscle spasms my throat hurts really bad and I am coughing even though I try to eat I can t stand I do not I cannot even vomit water makes me sick my water makes me feel sick too I have a lack of to try to do things I cannot walk sometimes it seems like even when I am medicated most times the pain is so unbaring all I can do is scream and cry

Hello,

For a headache take tablet paracetamol as and when required, maximum eight hourly. For muscle spasm and back pain take tablet Chlorzoxazone twelve hourly for 3-5 days. If a cough is dry without expectoration take syrup Dextromethorphan twelve hourly. Associated throat infection requires antibiotics like Levofloxacin. Do salt water gargling. If a cough is associated with expectoration take syrup Bromhexine twelve hourly. If more than two weeks - do sputum examination for tuberculosis.
