How Can Severe Headache And Blurred Vision Be Treated?

Hello. I was involved in a car accident on january 27. The vehicle travelling at approx 60 mph ran into my vehicle from the rear. His car was right off, mine was over 6,000 pounds of damage. I am at present receiving treatment at our small local hospital. I have had an injection in my left shouder. I also have had since the day after, a headache which gets extremely painful over the course of the day. I have blurred vision in the left eye, i have had the same eye go red, i have almost feinted on several occassions and my tongue numbs for a few seconds. At the hospitals request i attended an opiticians who said my problem with the eye was not caused by whiplash.my prescrition had changed and it was caused by my now high blood pressure. 197 over 117. My anger made me attend my own gp who agreed with the optician. I am still not sleeping after 2 months and still in extreme pain at the rear of left side of my head, at the back of my ear. And still blurred vision.
