As per your query, you have symptoms of severe hair loss which can occur due to many reasons such as compromised immunity of body, improper hygiene, fungal infection and hormonal changes.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take combination of Biotin and Calcium pantothenate on daily basis. Take diet rich in supplements like Vitamin A, Omega-3 and Vitamin E.
Avoid using shampoos that contain excessive chemicals. Do massage of hair scalp on daily basis. If symptoms keep on persisting, visit dermatologist once and get it examined and start treatment with antifungal medicines and shampoo.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
