How Can Severe Hair Loss Be Treated?
hi, I have been suffering from hairfall from six months. i have consulted a dermatologist and gone through medical tests like thyroid profile,vitamin d and vitamin b12. Out of test results,came out to know that i have deficiency in vitamin D and using prescribed medicine from past two months. Apart from those,i have used keralgo tablets,a hair spray for regrowth,everything is fine until i use these tablets but later when i stopped using them my hairfall is back. Do i need to use them for life long? Please suggest me!!
