How Can Severe Hair Loss Be Treated?

Hi... I am an indian male, DOB-dec 2000. I ve family history of male baldness. Started loosing hair frm abt cl.6,now in cl.11 I ve lost a lot of hair cover from the forehead in a m-shape... Also avg. hair cover density has decreased so tremendously that I m hiding my scalp by hook&crook-by spending a lot of time in combing... My beards&moustaches are jst growing. On medications of selzic od, dope 5,aquagold...Everday i get about 1hr intense sun exposure. Dermatologist gave morr f 5%,foliglo(vry rare here, suggest an alternative), and some nutritional capsules... Plz suggest some non hazardous and rapid acting remedies... Thank u.

Hello,

You may take zinc and biotin tablets. Use green leafy vegetables and fruits. Check for serum testosterone and DHT levels.

Maybe minoxidil lotion may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your dermatologist he will examine and advice 5 alfa reductase inhibitors may useful.
