How Can Severe Depression Due To Lack Of Moral Support From The Family Be Treated?
Hi doc, my name is Sudeep S G. I was in oman as Electrical Engineer for 1.5 years. I lost my job and now I am available in my hometown. I am trying for bank exams and other exams. But I didnt get any support from my family early or now. Days after days I am going to depressed state. What to do I don t know. Please help

We need to asses the severity of depressive symptoms in you and gud news is that depression is responsive to many effective antidepressants available
Along With it we need to a adress psychosocial reasons of urs condition as well to hv more holistic approach

in my opinion it is necessary to make sure your thyroid and blood sugars and hemoglobin is fine
it would be necessary to start on antidepressants like escitalopram
see a trained therapist too
adequate sleep , good diet
