Hello,

If you are sure that your daughter has severe depression and mood swings, and if she talks about suicide and behaves strange, you only have an option to consult a psychiatrist in person, with your daughter at the earliest. do not attempt self-administering of medicines or other treatment methods.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
