How Can Severe Depression And Insomnia Be Treated?

Hello doctor.my self mama ,23 year old female n married .I have been suffering from insomania since 2014. So due to lack of sleep my day is so worst ,dizzy in my thought.i m always busy in thinking all shits lyk how to kill myself .I strongly believe any article given in Google whatever I do browse.m just addicted to tat one.i feel lyk there is no meaning to life n to stay alive.but I m fearful to kill myself.i m very well mannered with everyone instead of my husband .He is a gud guy but not mature enough to be a husband.so there is an imbalance betwn my expectation n his responsibility .we are married since Nov 2015..Imy behaviour is worst towards him.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

In my opinion, you should take escitalopram. It is a better antidepressant.
You are taking lots of drugs. Just go for the monotherapy. For sleep, you can take nitrazepam.
After treatment of three months you will be fine.
Go side by side counselling too. It will increase your concentration.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
