Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Depression is very common these days and is seen mostly in women. As you have told you are feeling depressed these days, I suggest you should consult a psychiatrist. You require two types of therapies.

First is pharmacotherapy where you will be prescribed anti-depressants. Second one being cognitive therapy done by a clinical psychologist which can help you build your motivation, improve your mood, and coping skills.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prashant Gohil
