Hi Dear,

Severe dandruff in your daughter seems to be due to improper hygiene, nutritional deficiencies, fungal infection, genetic factor, and hormonal changes. I would suggest

- Wash hairs after proper massage with olive oil.
- Yes you can use egg mask with other ingredients, make sure wash hairs with cold water after that.
- Maintain complete hygiene.
- Use Finasteride preparations.
- Take supplements like Vitamin A ,Omega-3 and Vitamin E.

I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may order blood test, skin patch test and can do physical examination . Doctor may prescribe you drug like finpecia at least for 2-3 months or anti-fungal treatment along with minoxidil spray.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
