How Can Severe Body Ache Be Treated?

It hurts so much to do any physical exercise just going to the Drs. Office wipes me out for days after. I m overweight and movement is hard for me now . I know exercise is good but the pain is even more than I live with continuously on a daily basis. So how can I exercise with all, this pain.

Hello,

Cause of your body ache needs to be diagnosed first. Since you are overweight, you can go for Thyroid function tests like serum Free T3, Free T4 & TSH to exclude hypothyroidism. Serum 25 (OH) Vit D level and serum calcium levels won't be out of place. Pending evaluation oral Paracetamol (not to exceed 1.5 G/day) can give symptomatic relief of body ache.
