Hi I had sex with my girl friend from sikkim,I got a doubt on her and tested for tridot after 60 days of post exposure and result is negative.and again I tested after 90 days the result is negative...nd recently in deep sleep my left leg ankle bones strucked nd paining from one week,even my result is negative I searched on web that tridot test is accurate after 90 days it is correct for 99.97%.im feeling like im not covered in the 99.97% buy im in .03%.im feeling negative mind set..nd getting unusual fears that I had hiv I will die.so doctor pls suggest me that...is my test result negative is accurate,nd our relation is broke up now she is married,suggest me how to get out from this negative feeling.

You don't have to worry because you are not infected by HIV. At present you should get counseling from one or two doctors and psychologists.

Then wait for some time and do your work. Automatically your anxiety will subside.
