Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is very nice to know that you can understand that your symptoms are getting triggered up. No worries but avoid addictions if any, for it will worsen your situation. You are not visiting any doctor since a year & not taking medications so it is obvious that certain environmental, physical, psychological, genetic factors, stressful emotional life is triggering your psychotic symptoms. Visit ER, get evaluated & take medications (risperidone, olanzapine, etc.) before the symptoms of delusions, confusions & hallucinations overtake you. In the meantime avoid stress, anxiety, negative factors, stay comfortable, take plenty of sleep. Eat well, stay hydrated, meet people, avoid staying lonely, do regular exercise, de-stress yourself by listening to music, watching comedy movies, dancing & enjoying life. Stay in contact with your treating doctor & do regular physical activity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K.
