How Can Severe Acid Reflux Be Treated?
I had a severe acid reflux come up while sleeping - in fact I found it hard to breath and when coughing I was coughing up the acid. While this was happening I developed such sever rigors that went on for about an hour - I also vomited . I’m due to have surgery tomorrow and still feel a bit “off” - muscles all sore (I’m Assuming from all the rigorous I had ) and felt a bit feverish yesterday. Today a bit better. Just a bit concerned due to surgery tomorrow Many thanks Cheryl

Before surgery, it is a common problem for everyone due to stress. Kindly take a gastric tablet like Pantoprazole, Esomeprazole, Rabeprazole etcetera before food.
Kindly get an endoscopy done to know if there is any a hiatus hernia, present causing you severe reflex.
