How Can Semen Leakage Be Treated?

Hello sir, i am facing the same problem with semen leakage whenever i do over phone calls with my wife during the calls if the conversation is about our sexual life for both of us then i can see my penis is getting little hot after that semen is starting to come out it looks like water. Sir, actually i am already get married and expending time with my wife and insha allah my wife is pregnant. but my problem are still same when i get married and my first lovemaking with my wife i have long lasting erection it stay about 10 up to 40 min even it stay around 3 month after that i was come out from my country i go back there after 4 month when i reach there and again i m starting to lovemaking with my wife i cannot to so long lasting erection its getting very fast relisting 3 min up to 15 min is last long and also my semen was still leakage. please sir help me about my problem and save my life?

hello dear,why you are so worry about your problem its not actually a semen leakage ots just secretion which comes from a gland which is normaly present in penis name bulbourethral gland when person think about sexual activity its automatic discharge from this gland along with some secretion from prostat too,so its normal in every one this is stigma that you get weak from it nothing going to be happen with this one,and second about your timing prob 10,15 min or more than enough its depends upon your diet and psychological effect too.just reduce sugar and fatty diet,take exercise,more fruit and veg less tension you will got solution
