How Can Seizures Be Prevented?

My daughter is autistic and non verbal had 4 times seizures of status epilepticus type each one lasted 1 hr.went in to Emergency and then after done a eeg under anastetia since she wasnt cooperating for normal eeg nothing found. Taking double medication now .since last year she didnt had seizures Is she seizure free now?. If not what precautions we need to take while we are traveeling

I can understand your concern.
No, she is not seizure free now.
Atleast 2 years of no seizure period with normal EEG (electro encephalo gram) after 2 years should be considered as seizure free period. So if she don't have seizure for 1 year with normal EEG then she is said to be seizure free.
So continue all antiepileptic drugs for 1 year more.
While traveling you should avoid overnights journey because peaceful sleep is very important. Give her food android water at regular intervals. Always carry extra quantity of antiepileptic drugs.
Don't worry, she will be alright.
