General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to sciatica pain. I suggest to continue the use of anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg. If it is not effective you can try prescription painkiller such as Gabapentin. I recommend gentle stretching exercises and physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
