How Can Scaly And Dry Penile Foreskin Be Treated?

Doctor, I m 19 year young teen. I am a bit shy so I would like to seek your guidance anonmously. I have a circumcised penis. I used to masturbate using some coconut oil. I used to rub my penis sometimes with a soft cloth to find pleasure. Now I m in trouble because of this bad habit. The skin on top of penis has become scaly and dry. Also a thin white layer is starting to form. When the penis erects and grows to full size. There is no dryness,scaly skin .It looks as if natural. But the time it starts shrinking the skin begins to loose and a white layer like appears on penis. Please if you can help me with this problem,do reply. I would like to know are there any natural/ayurvedic medicinal creams to treat this problem? I noticed this condition first time about 4 months ago and it still remains... Thank you Doctor.

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your history I'm of the following opinion:

1. There are lot of things which can cause dry/flaky skin like: yeast allergies [thrush], dry soaps, dry masturbation,skin allergies [eczema,psoriasis, jock itch] or any communicable disease [sexually transmitted disease] so if in doubt check with a Skin specialist/Urologist to diagnose any hidden infection.

PS. Since you are circumcised thus Phimosis is ruled out

2. Masturbation is not a bad habit at all it is just a physiological phenomenon of the body to relieve itself from sexual desires.

3. Till you get an expert opinion, you may ask for OTC [over the counter] medicine like: Kumkumadi taila, Shea butter [contains Vit. A and E]
