Hello
I would like to suggest you:

1. Apply coconut oil to the affected area.Coconut oil is antifungal and prevents the rashes from spreading. It is safe and gentle for baby’s skin.

2. Neem (Azadirachta indica) Leaves. Boil 20-25 leaves in one litre of water and leave it to cool. Make your baby to take bath with this water by adding more water to this.

3. Here is a simple antifungal ringworm cream for babies:

80 drops of Jojoba oil
5 drops of lavender oil
10 drops of neem oil
5 drops of tea tree oil

Mix all oils well. Using a cotton swab, apply the mixture three times a day to the affected area.

These are the few home remedies. However I would suggest you to see the doctor. As you said it seems to spread.

I hope this helps.

Thanks
Dr. Tripat Mehta
