How Can Rheumatoid Arthritis Be Treated?

Hi Sir , Doctor says i have Rehmatorioed Arthritis , PIVD & Ankoloosing Spondylities , They are give me, Folitrax 15 Ing, Defja 6 mg, Folvite, 10 mg , Delton 60 mg, Enbrel 50 Mg ing per week. My blood test of HLA DR 4 , ANA/ANFare positive, & other blood test are normal, please gide me

Hi,

It looks like you have a high-inflammation tendency due to your HLA DR4, ANA/ANCA positivities. These illnesses require a balanced and consistent lifestyle. If you live like this, your chronic illnesses will bother you much less than you expected.

First, you must use your prescription just like your doctor instructed. Skipping or changing doses by yourself only make your treatment problematic. You must also cease salt due to edema caused by steroids. For protecting your internal organs, do not use unknown or heavy additional drugs without your doctor's permission. Also, you must properly and regularly exercise for preventing joint deformities. Sunbathing, swimming and moderate walking are suitable for you. Lastly, avoid weight gain and increase your fluid intake.
