Hello,

Usually, restlessness leg syndrome may be due to:
1. Anxiety
2. Anemia
3. Caffeine drinks
4. Renal failure
5. Electrolyte Imbalance et cetera

Until examination is done for correct cause, it is difficult to treat. Avoid caffeinated drinks, use anxiolytic agent at night. Do Yoga and meditation and check for hemoglobin status.

If symptoms not improved, please consult your physician, he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
