How Can Red Lesions On The Nose Be Managed?

i have had these lesions, pimples , red bumps by my right eye, on the tip of my nose and the sides, they aren t like any thing i seen, when they burst it blood, they hurt and they scab and pus, on feb.23 i emailed my gyn and text pictures he call some Acyclovir 400mg TID, and gotten worst, and i am on coumadin, i have had 17 Dvts and 1 PE and i bleed from the anticoag they give me and still get clots...is this why it is not healing? Should I got to the ER every time I clean my face it bleeds and it sore

As per your case history you are having acne, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with SPF more than 30.
2. Apply a Clindamycin gel like Glocin twice daily on it.
3. Other treatment options are oral Doxycycline, Minocycline and Isotretinoin taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
