How Can Recurrent Heart Attacks Be Avoided?

i had a heart attack 5 months before and iam under medical management for that.is this heart attack will reoccur.If it is so can i survive or not.my diagnosis was acute anterior wall mii and severe lv systolic dysfunction and now it has come to mild lv sys dysfunction

This is would be very uncertain in fact it all depends upon your other risk factors, like lipid profile, and ECHO data, angiogram, with the good management of disease this may not be possible to have ischemic attack and developing fresh infarction, hope this information helps.
